नियम व शर्तें :
- प्रतियोगियों को चित्रकला से सम्बन्धित सभी वस्तुएं अपने साथ लानी होगी, केवल आर्ट पेपर समिति द्वारा प्रदान किया जाएगा।
- प्रत्येक कक्षा में से सर्वश्रेष्ठ चित्र बनाने वाले चित्रकार को विजेता घोषित कर पुरस्कृत किया जायेगा। कक्षा 1 से नीचे की सभी कक्षाओं (नर्सरी आदि) में से केवल एक चित्रकार को पुरस्कृत किया जायेगा।
- निर्णायक मंडल का र्निणय अतिंम एंव र्सवमान्य होगा।
- सभी प्रतियोगियों को आयु प्रमाण पत्र अपने विद्यालय का परिचय पत्र अपने साथ लाना होगा।
The winners shall be duly informed of their results through their registered contact numbers as provided at the time of registration.
For security and privacy reasons, participants’ mobile numbers or personal contact details shall not be disclosed publicly. Email addresses are shared to eliminate the possibility of duplicate names.

- It was a totally FREE and OPEN to All Contest. The decision of the Judges is final and binding.
- No requests for review or challenge of the results will be entertained as already accepted by the participants in Self Declaration/ Permission & Agreement clause (Serial No. 10 in Online Registration Form).
- Participants are kindly requested to respect the Judges’ decision, as no further correspondence/ communication will be entertained in this regard.
